Please note - bookings and events are charged IN FULL if you dont turn up, arrive without suitable footwear, or arrive too late to drive.
Events, Bookings, Deposits and Cancellations
To book any event, the minimum deposit is 25% of the total cost. No deposit-No booking.
Our Cancellation charges policy is as follows:
Cancellation more than 15 days from event date full refund of deposit
Cancellation within 8-14 days of the event 15% of total event fee payable
Cancellation within 7 days of the event full
cost of the event is payable
